Whilst underbilling errors (72%) are the most common issue identified by Araxxe during testing, overbilling errors (23%) are also very common.
These issues are often overlooked by operators resulting in customer complaints, bad publicity and in many cases financial penalties imposed by regulators.
Customer experience issues (5%) such as delaying, outdated or misleading roaming welcome messages, bundle usage and data speed throttling notifications negatively impact customers, leading to frustration and complaints.
